Guests said the staff members are very laid back and attentive. Although this hotel can get crowded with people who are in the mood to party, the staff members take it in stride and do what they can to make sure people have fun and spend their time as preferred, without interfering with other guests.

Considering that this property is nowhere near the United Kingdom, some guests were pleasantly surprised to see that there are several British TV channels available to watch. For guests from that part of the world, it was comforting to see programming that reminded them of home, and gave them something familiar to watch when getting ready to go out for the night.

Because this hotel often caters to stag and hen parties, some guests commented that it is not a very good environment for young kids. Despite occasionally challenging circumstances though, the staff tries hard to keep things under control.

Guests frequently complained about having to pay a hefty security deposit upon arrival. The requested amount is per person, and many guests were unprepared for at the start of their stays. You'll get the full amount back as long as you don't damage anything.

You may feel that the rooms are not serviced frequently enough for your liking. Some guests said when they stayed for a week, the rooms were only cleaned every other day or less.
