The sumptuous buffet breakfast has been appreciated by lot of past guests. Though it is offered complimentary but still, the quality and quantity both have been consistently good as reported by repeated visitors.

Americas Best Value Inn Hershey - Palmyra has been a favorite among past visitors due to its amazing location. Everything is just a short stroll away from the hotel, like restaurants, cafes, shopping center and tourist destinations, thus adding to the comfort of its visitors.

The bathrooms at Americas Best Value Inn Hershey - Palmyra needs to be revamped. As reported by past guests, the bathroom walls are too cramped for a good shower. Guests would have preferred a spacious bathroom for a comfortable stay.

As expressed by some of the past guests, the property has started to look tired and outdated. The lobby area along with guest rooms demand refurbishment. There is a lot of grime and mold within the property which was certainly not appreciated.

Though the complimentary Wi-Fi works well in the public area of this property, but in the room it fails to connect. Many of the guests have had issues in connecting and browsing because of constant connection dropouts.
