Across the street from the property are the Village and the Canyon Lodge Gondola, where guests can enjoy skiing and related activities. Several dining and nightlife options can be also found within walking distance. Moreover, car park is very accessible and secure, so guests who are bringing their vehicle are able to navigate the town efficiently.

Guests expressed that the complimentary continental breakfast is good and adequate, with a wide assortment of bagels and muffins, cooked eggs, cereals, oatmeal and some hot dishes. There is also an on-site bar, the Clock Tower, offering a great selection of beers, whiskeys and other refreshing beverages during happy hours.

Upon entering the premises, guests are delighted because the staff gladly assisted them for check in. Moreover, hot chocolate, tea, water, cookies, and other delightful treats are waiting for guests at the lobby.

Rooms in this property do not have air conditioning units. There are fans provided, but many guests commented that they barely make the room's temperature tolerable. They stated that it gets too hot, especially during afternoons, and they had to leave the window open.

A number of guests noticed a glaring stain in the carpet of their room and peeling in-room paint. There were also complaints about room facilities not being thoroughly cleaned, such as the chair and the sink.

Many guests complained about the broken automatic light in the bath and shower room, stating that it kept going on and off by itself. Others have noted some serious electrical fault on the room socket that may cause fire hazard.
