Hotel Alexandra (Stockholm, Sweden)

The waiting staff in the breakfast room is mentioned by many guests to have very good customer service. They were friendly and caring to the guests and made their morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near many public transportation stops. The underground stops are about a five-minute walk away. Restaurants and bars and the old part of town are also walkable or can be easily reached with a quick transport.

The rooms and bathrooms are thought to be cozy and comfortable for guest needs. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were serviced on a daily basis. Those who were there to visit the city and not to stay in their rooms were satisfied.

The first floor is right in front of the street and so the traffic noise was constant. This meant guests sleeping in this floor did not have a good night's rest. The rooms are street level and the noise from outside was in no manner alleviated by the walls.

For those guests who needed to have a constant WiFi connection, they had to reconnect after 36 hours of using the Internet, which meant they had to ask for the password every so often. Not having a good connection was annoying for some guests.

The breakfast that is offered to the guests was found to be monotonous and ordinary. There was nothing special about the items and the room seemed to get full quickly. Some guests could not even find seats for breakfast as the room is too small.
