790 on George is a backpacker style hostel located in a unique heritage building situated in downtown Sydney offering double rooms as well as 4 and 6 bed dorms (female and male dorms). All rooms are air conditioned. Many of Sydney's iconic attractions, such as Darling Harbour, the Rocks, the Opera House, Botanic Gardens and Harbour Bridge are a short walk away while there are transport links close by if you are planning to catch a bus or train to anywhere else in Sydney or further afield. There is a plethora of shopping areas and a wide range of restaurants within easy walking distance also. The hostel itself offers a multitude of facilities such as lockers with power points (so you can charge your mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras and I-Pods without having to be there or worrying if they are safe), a large kitchen, a laundry, common rooms, WiFI, internet terminals and views of the city.
