Above all else, guests are particularly impressed by the value for money offered at this hotel, with many specifically mentioning that the rates here are ridiculously cheap for a hotel in New York. You'll need to allow room in your budget for breakfast and parking, but few guests found these charges excessive.

Previous guests often comment that they found the rooms at the Holiday Inn Manhattan-Financial District are stylishly decorated. The majority of guests also found the beds offered a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel suited many guests. Although the likes of Times Square will require you to get a cab, these are hardly in short supply in this city. Plus, the Rector Street Station is within a few minutes' walk. If you want to stay close to the hotel, there are ample sightseeing opportunities, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Although guests appreciate the stylish decor and choice of amenities in the hotel rooms, many also comment that they found the rooms were too small for comfort. This is relatively normal for rooms in NYC but bothered some guests nevertheless.

While reviews suggest that you won't hear any noise from adjacent rooms, hallway noise seems like it is another matter entirely. A number of guests describe being able to hear doors banging, people talking and the ice machine being used.

Few guests find the parking charge over the top and appreciate the discount on offer. However, some (but not all) found the parking lot difficult to get to. Valet parking would be appreciated here, especially by guests who are unfamiliar with the city.
