Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chattanooga, An Ihg Hotel (Chattanooga, USA)

Guests have loved the location of this hotel, finding that stores, restaurants, and attractions are within an easy walk of the property and that the hotel is a reasonable driving distance from Lookout and Signal Mountains.

Although guests report occasional housekeeping issues, rooms are, for the most part, found to be clean and comfortable. This hotel only opened in 2014, so it should come as little surprise to hear that previous guests have also described the accommodation as modern.

The restaurant here attracts plenty of positive feedback in its own right. Guests find the food fabulous and reasonably priced, also commenting that there is plenty of choice on the menu. The restaurant is open to the public so booking is recommended.

While finding the valet staff friendly and efficient, guests haven’t been too impressed with the mandatory charge for valet parking. There is no self-park option and guests find the daily fee is on the high side.

Although traffic noise and noise from adjacent rooms is rarely a problem here, a fair number of previous guests have found the in-room air-conditioning units are noisy. This may be an issue if like to leave the air-con on overnight.

Guests have occasionally reported that their room was not ready at the specified check-in time. This seems to be a particular problem for guests who had booked rooms for a group. The waiting time hasn’t been too excessive but is frustrating nonetheless.
