The rooms and suites, which offer free Wi-Fi, a television and a coffee maker as standard, are housed in the McArthur Building, named after the last train to leave the station, and the Empress Building, named after Chattanoogan Bessie Smith, “Empress of the Blues.” There’s even accommodation in original Pullman train carriages. The hotel offers a full concierge service and amenities include a gym and a gift shop. Shuttle buses to the town centre and the airport are also available. The on-site Gardens Restaurant serves breakfast each morning and the Silver Diner Pizza Car is ideal for a light snack. Alternatively, the nearby Bluegrass Grill is a popular choice. The Chattanooga Choo Choo’s Track29 club is the place to watch live entertainment in the evening.

Guests like the fact that a free electric shuttle bus can be caught right outside the hotel. The waterfront is a popular destination served by the bus and guests enjoyed visiting the Tennessee Aquarium and the Majestic 12 Cinema located there.
