Holiday Inn French Quarter-Chateau Lemoyne, An Ihg Hotel (New Orleans, USA)

The hotel is centrally located within close proximity to the vast majority of New Orlean's attractions and places of interest; guests are within walking distance of vibrant areas like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street which are home to a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A number of cultural landmarks are a fifteen-minute walk from this Holiday Inn outpost and those landmarks include the Musical Legends Park, Jackson Square and the French Market. Guests will be hard-pressed to run out of activities during their stay at this hotel and will benefit from this convenient location that will allow them to take in all that New Orleans has to offer.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, going out of their way to make guests feel at home upon arrival. They provide excellent customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere; they are also happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have and will gladly recommend any places of interest that they think guests might enjoy.

Many guests pointed out that the hotel had been recently renovated and they enjoyed the modern and clean facilities that were the result of this renovation. The rooms are well-sized and comfortable, as are the beds. The housekeeping staff do a thorough job of making sure that the rooms and the hotel's public areas are very clean as well.

The aforementioned renovations annoyed guests but these are not a constant problem and will soon be resolved.

Many guests were annoyed by the fact that valet parking was the only parking option and to utilise this service, guests were required to pay an additional fee.

The on-site restaurant only serves breakfast and guests were annoyed by this. However there are numerous restaurants within walking distance.
