Guests reported that the rooms of the hotel were spick and span with super soft beds and pillows for a comfortable stay. They further added that the rooms were beautifully decorated and bathrooms were equipped with great toiletries.

Unfortunately, for few guests, the stay became very frustrating and disappointing as they reported that their vehicle/car was found broken in the parking with few things stolen as well.

Some guests reported that the elevators were very dirty and could have been cleaner. Some of the carpets looked very old and dirty. Moreover, the lobby area was very untidy as well as disorganized.
