Guestrooms are very clean and decorated well, creating a warm atmosphere. There's plenty of tea and coffee and a fine selection of toiletries. The hotel's grounds are beautiful as well.

Grimscote Manor Hotel is conveniently positioned if you are attending an event at the NEC. It's a short and easy drive to get there. It is also close to the M42, so coming to and from the property by car is straightforward.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful indeed. They are consistently polite, conscientious and accommodating, even at busy times. They can deal with issues which may arise and will help you with any local information that you may need. The kitchen staff create really delicious breakfasts and dinners are well. The food is nicely cooked and has a homely feel to it.

You might encounter some noise at Grimscote Manor Hotel, both internally and externally. The road outside brings with it sounds of the traffic and some of the events at the hotel can be a little loud, both with morning preparations and guests in the evening.

While rooms are nicely laid out with good amenities, some previous guests mentioned that the natural lighting in their guestrooms wasn't the best. Others noted that some of the rooms are rather on the small side.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel isn't the best. The connectivity is intermittent and often pretty poor. You might have a frustrating experience if you are trying to spend any decent length of time online.
