While the hotel is a bit out of the centre of Munich, most guests have no problem with this at all. They mention that since the U-Bahn station is so close it was a simple matter to go into town, and elsewhere in Munich.
Unusually for hotel reviews, almost all guests commenting on the Wi-Fi give it a thumbs up. Guests were very happy that they found a signal throughout the property, and that the speed was fast enough for their purposes.
It seems many guests were expecting the worst when it came to the breakfast, but were very pleasantly surprised that it was an extensive spread, and very tasty as well.
This was a fairly a fairly common complaint. While the hotel doesn't misrepresent the size of its rooms, when checking in some guests just didn't like how small they were when in the actual space. There are bigger suites, but of course they cost a lot more than the standard rooms.
Well, the showers aren't exactly open air, but many of the rooms have showers that are simply normal glassed in showers, but right in the room. While this wouldn't be much of a problem for most couples, any other type of party would likely find it awkward, to say the least.
Curiously, several guests complained that the air conditioning in their rooms worked, but was simply insufficient to the task in summer. It's not clear whether this was an isolated problem, or that the units cannot cope in really hot weather.
