Guests appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle and found it convenient having numerous nature trails on their doorstep. Many said that taking in the stunning views of the valley from the hot-tub and the communal deck was one of the highlights of their stay.
Guests appreciated having access to a spacious and well-presented lounge where they were able to relax and admire the views as well as socialise with fellow occupants. The communal deck also proved popular with many seeking to unwind after a busy day of walking and sightseeing.
The continental breakfasts was praised by many of the guests who said that they were thoroughly impressed with the wide range of items on offer. The buffet was said to include quality pastries, cheeses and cold meats as well as a good variety of fresh fruit and yoghurts.
Guests who were keen to sample the local cafes and restaurants were disappointed to find that they couldn't to walk to the nearest amenities as the centre of Kelowna is a 20-minute drive away from the property.
The en-suites do not have televisions much to the disappointment of some of the guests who said that they would have enjoyed their stay more if they were able to watch TV in the comfort of their rooms.
Guests whose rooms were located close to the kitchen said that they were disturbed by early morning noise while others said that they could hear things from adjoining rooms due to the thin walls.
