Hamptons at The Bay, at Brisbane, recently renovated in the popular Hamptons style, has included all the modern amenities while carefully retaining the house's beauty and charm. Furnished with large comfy lounge chairs, this room is perfect for settling in to watch one of the many latest release movies we have installed on the TV. At the other end of the room is a reading nook & dedicated laptop desk. The kitchen seamlessly opens onto the dining room & is a true chefs delight. The Main bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, both with quality pillow top mattresses. All the linen is hotel quality, as are the thick fluffy towels. The third bedroom currently has a king single bed & single bed trundle. The downstairs bathroom is truly a sanctuary with a freestanding bath & a generous shower. Upstairs the bathroom also has a generous shower & a vanity with perfect natural light for makeup application. Both showers have a rain shower head & a handheld shower head. Upstairs the sunroom has a large 55cm TV & flows out onto the front balcony which overlooks the Bay. Relax under the large undercover pergola area with a dining table capable of seating 8 people, & a gas BBQ.
