Guests here say that the hotel's location within Queens opens up a number of options for your daily sightseeing schedule. Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, is only one mile away, allowing you to take in a game. Additionally, Flushing Meadows, the home of U.S. Open professional tennis, is about ten minutes from this location. If you're not into sports, Central Park, the Ground Zero Memorial, the Empire State Building, and Times Square can all be reached with some effort, and the subway is right outside the hotel.

Guests to Corona suggest that the rooms here are clean, if not exactly spacious. While the hotel in general can show its age in places, actual cleanliness does not appear to be a reported issue, and guests feel comfortable in this respect.

Another point guests to this Queens hotel drive home is that the staff by-and-large are friendly and highly-attentive to requests.

While the close proximity of the subway and LaGuardia Airport can be viewed as a plus in some situations, unfortunately this aspect brings with it some headaches. With the subway just outside and the airport only one mile away, guests say noise can be pretty constant.

The rooms here may be quite clean, but guests lament the fact that as this is an older hotel location, the rooms are rather small and can feel a bit cramped for multiple adults.

While perhaps the least offensive aspect of this hotel, guests nonetheless choose to point out that the elevators at Corona are just too slow, leaving them waiting to get up to their room, or simply forced to march up the stairs.
