You can enjoy the hot tub and heated swimming pool on the premises which is open for both adults and children. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept and relaxing to be in.

Guests were pleasantly surprised by the value they received from this budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable furnishings. If you wish to self-cater the kitchenette will fulfill your needs. Many guests also enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast served each morning.

Customer service is mixed with some staff being described as unfriendly and either rude or in the habit of ignoring guests. Guests are not always greeted warmly or at all. Assistance is not always forthcoming or provided in an efficient and speedy manner.

The standard of cleanliness is not always high. Guests complained of finding cockroaches in their rooms, the bedrooms were dirty, including carpets which were old and worn, dusty cupboards and unclean furniture. Some guests complained of bad smells in the room which they identified as urine. Mould was also found in the bathrooms.

Some found the hotel to have a tired and run down appearance with old and worn furnishings, some of which were stained, torn or broken. Breakfast was not always tasty or fresh, with stale pastries and old fruit being offered.
