Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel (New Orleans, USA)

This Best Western location is ideally situated for those who wish to explore all that New Orleans has to offer as it is located in the vibrant French Quarter and provides easy access to the center of New Orleans including all the cultural landmarks of the city and its large selection of renowned bars and restaurants. Guests can easily partake in the exciting nightlife scene before returning to their hotel with minimal effort.

The courtyard and pool area was near unanimously praised by guests as being a relaxing respite from the bustle of the city. Guests can unwind from a busy day of exploring all that New Orleans has to offer by taking a dip in the pool or relaxing on the numerous sunbeds that line the scenic and well-maintained courtyard.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, willing to help with any requests or queries and ensuring that guests feel at home upon arrival. All staff, from those manning the reception desk to those working in the breakfast area and lounge bar, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Any guest that was in a room by the elevator suffered from hearing it opening and closing as well as hearing other guests exit and enter the elevator. If possible, guests would recommend requesting a room that is not near the elevator.

Some guests felt that the carpet and furnishings were somewhat tired and dingy and that they could do with a modern makeover.

An area outside the front of the hotel has been under construction and the noise bothered some guests, however these construction related complaints were made several months ago so the issue could now be resolved.
