The staff at both the front desk and the attached restaurants have been described as friendly, helpful and attentive. At times problems have been known to arise in the hotel and staff have attempted to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Some guests complained that the hotel has ‘thin' walls and is poorly insulated from noise. The hallways and the floors in the guest rooms are also tiled which adds to the noise.
