The hotel décor is glitzy and amazing. There is Baccarat crystal everywhere. The beautiful chandelier in the lobby is worth taking a picture of and the TV is hidden in the mirror in the room. High-tech and progressive attributes like a smartphone that controls the lights, curtains, TV, and other electronics is awesome. The black out curtains guarantees that you can rise slowly in the morning. The rooms are very clean too. The swimming pool is large, elegant, and looks like a picture postcard.
The customer service pretty much matches the hotel. It's spot on! The personalized complimentary French toiletries in the bathroom are a lovely touch too.
You may find some features that may appear like the hotel cut some corners and took the cheaper way out with bits and pieces of construction. Basically, you can find even better hotels in the city for the same price or even less.
