B&B Hotel Lyon Centre Monplaisir (Lyon, France)

With this hotel, you won't have to worry about keeping track of keys or your safety. Here, they use a keyless entry that allows you to get into the hotel, the elevator, and your room.

Since the property is only a few minutes' walk away from the metro station Monplaisir- Lumiere, you will be able to see what France has to offer without a car. Along the way, you should see a lovely farmer's market amongst other grocery stores, too.

If you do decide to bring your vehicle with you, you will have a safe spot to store it. The hotel provides a car park underground, which is full of large and spacious parking spots.

Since you have to pay for breakfast, you may expect a decent spread - but this is not necessarily true. You will only find baked goods, yogurt, and eggs here.

If you like having a fully luxurious and pampering stay, you will not be too pleased with your room. The rooms are very basic, with no shampoo or soap provided. The beds are not the best either.

While you do get full heating and air conditioning in your room, it may not feel like it. Not only do the units not work that well, but they are difficult to control, too.
