B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio (Florence, Italy)

Guests enjoyed the view that comes with dinner at the hotel restaurant and bar, which is situated on the hotel's sixth floor and includes two spacious terraces.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Pitti Palace, the Uffizi Gallery and the Florence Cathedral. Guests also appreciate the many shopping opportunities and restaurants than can be found near the hotel.

With very hot summers in Florence, the hotel's air-conditioning was much appreciated by guests and had little trouble keeping the rooms comfortably cool.

Some guests found the rooms to be exposed to too much noise due to inefficiently soundproof windows, which is a particular problem during the night. Some of the hotel rooms overlook a busy area with shopping and restaurants, which tends to get quite noisy at night.

Several guests commented on the rather compact bathrooms, with the small corner showers to be a particular concern. Guests also had issues with the hot water not being reliable and would have loved to have a hair dryer available.

With only one elevator for the entire property, guests noted that they had to have a lot of patience and often preferred taking the stairs instead of waiting. Moreover, families with small children might have an issue due to its small size, as a stroller would basically fill out the entire area, leaving little to no room for the parents.
