The location of the hotel is excellent, being within walking distance of a Carrefour supermarket and Torcy train station and only a short drive away from more shopping options as well as a number of natural and cultural sites.
The apartments/studios have a very home-like feel for those who prefer to have a little more freedom than a hotel room provides, however there are still convenient services such as housekeeping daily which includes provided bed linen and towels.
There is a CCTV-monitored parking lot on site which is free of charge to guests at Apparthotel Torcy and no reservations are necessary. Considering a number of Paris and Ile-de-France sites/points of interest are a short drive away, this is useful if you choose to rent a car, for example.
Although there is a well-equipped kitchenette in all units, they all have a coffee-maker in place of a kettle which some guests would have preferred to use to make other hot beverages or just to heat up water.
The surrounding area is one with quite a few restaurants and bars which can get noisy with music, traffic or human noise until late at night. You can try and avoid this by requesting a room facing the much quieter side streets.
Some aspects of the units could use some replacing or repair, for example the showers, some light fixtures and a few kitchen appliances as well.
