The cleaners really need to up their game here. You could have to deal with dirty carpets in the hallways or sticky surfaces in the communal kitchen. Even some of the sheets in the rooms are stained.
You might find that the air conditioning in your room is hard to control, with it either being too hot or too cold. The air con units are a bit noisy and really need to be replaced or repaired to make staying in the rooms more comfortable.
