Makryammos (Makriamos, Greece)

Makryammos Beach is located about 1.5 kms outside of Thassos Town which is the capital of the small Greek Island of Thassos. Makryammos Beach can be reached via a slightly uphill walk, along the main road, from Thassos Town. Local buses pass fairly near and taxis can be taken from the town. Access is a little difficult for visitors with mobility issues. Makryammos has a long sandy beach and bungalows, which are part of a holiday village. The beach is free to visit whether you are staying in the bungalows or not.
