Although guests recognised this is an older property, they complimented staff members and management on their obvious attention to upkeep. There were comments from guests who had stayed at this property many times over the years and said that each time they come, updates have been made to the property.

Guests complained that there are numerous rooms that have large sliding glass doors that open out into a very populated courtyard area. This meant that guests had to keep their curtains drawn across the sliding glass portion or risk sacrificing privacy.

Guests gave negative feedback to say that non-smoking rooms smelled like they must have been converted over from smoking rooms, because they could detect the odour of stale smoke. Furthermore, there were other comments that the rooms smelled musty.

Guests were disappointed to find out how easily noise travels through the property. They said rooms near the indoor pool and courtyard were especially prone to noise problems, since those ares were used frequently and by a large number of guests.
