Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia (Philadelphia, USA)

The hotel is ideally located for guests who wish to explore all that the city of Philadelphia has to offer; situated one block away from the vibrant and fashionable Rittenhouse Square which houses a large selection of shops and art galleries, guests can explore the city's eclectic culture in an extremely short and convenient amount of time. Walnut Street, with its vast array of restaurants and bars, is a similar distance away and guest are no more than a few miles from cultural points of interest, such as the renowned Liberty Bell.

Guests were impressed with the spacious, expansive rooms that are fitted with a large selection of modern amenities that will ensure guests are extremely comfortable. The beds are similarly large, with supportive, comfortable mattresses and premium bedding that will aid guests in a pleasant night's sleep. Not only are the rooms comfortable but they are also spotlessly clean, as are the bathrooms which are modern and hygienic.

All members of staff, from those on the front desk to those in the on-site restaurants, are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel comfortable.

A number of guests found that there was a dusty air in the hotel and they found this disappointing.

The on-site restaurants appeared to be recently closed by the hotel and some guests were disappointed as they had not been alerted to this prior to their arrival. However, this is not a constant complaint and may have been rectified.

Guests found the housekeeping staff were not thorough enough in that while they cleaned the room they occasionally forgot to take away previous guests' left behind items.
