This hotel is not cleaned very well at all. Many of the guests that have stayed here have been shocked to find that it has passed any hotel inspection. They found rubbish outside and bathrooms that were dirty and damp. There are also leaks in the dining room.
This is a shisha club first and a hotel second so patrons of the club are given preference over guests at the hotel. This means that no matter how much you complain, the noise from the bar and club will continue until the early hours of the morning.
