The staff at the hotel has been found to be helpful and friendly. The staff members were putting considerable effort to fix the broken utilitarian objects in order to pacify the guests.

The breakfast has been reported to be reasonable, offering bread, pastries, coffee, tea, orange/apple juice and hot pancakes. According to the guests, it was an innovative idea to have a pancake maker in the breakfast area of the hotel.

The guests were really happy with the existence of 24-hour fitness center and various coffee shops/restaurants in the neighborhood. Furthermore, the hotel provides an easy access to the super market and freeway 880.

There have been complaints regarding the rooms at the hotel to be extremely filthy and smelly, featuring dirty/stinky carpets. They (rooms) appeared old, dark and worn out. The bed sheets were dirty and the lamps were falling off the wall. Moreover, the bed bugs kept the guests awake all night. The discomfort faced by the guests left them annoyed and irritated.

The whole hotel has been reported to be dirty, shabby and smelly. According to the guests, the property looks completely outdated and needs renovation desperately. Few guests even mentioned that the place is atrocious and does not even deserve to be a one star hotel.

The bathrooms at the hotel have been found to be grubby, mucky and stinky, featuring dim lights. There was no fan, door did not shut properly, the sink did not drain, toilet would not flush and the hooks were missing causing difficulty for the guests to hang their clothes.
