Complimentary breakfast served here was loved by the guests for the very reason that it had almost equal number of varieties for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There were a variety of fresh fruit juices like oranges, carrot, pomegranate and apple. Guests could try out the egg, cheese and meat pies. Food was prepared well and tasted delicious.
The hotel staff members are extremely polite and courteous. The staff helped the guests with their luggage not only till the elevator but up to their rooms. They are quite thoughtful and took care of the smallest of the needs of all the guests. The reception staff is very friendly and don't take much time in the Check-in and Check-out process.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Guests loved sipping a cup of tea in the spacious French balcony. They are decorated aesthetically with good furnishings. Many guests have recommended staying in the junior suite, which ensures a comfortable stay with all the family members.
As per many guests, having free Wi-Fi was not of much use as it was very patchy and unreliable. There was absolutely no signal in the rooms.
Many guests found that the way leading to the hotel is full of twists and turns, which could be difficult for aged guests or guests with disability. Getting the car in could also be tricky as the streets leading to the hotel are quite narrow.
The air conditioner was not guest controlled. It was pre-set because of which it got very warm in the middle of the night according to some guests.
