Guests noted that while the rooms are affordable, they are relatively spacious, the efficient air-conditioning comes in handy during the summer months, and the full kitchen makes an extended stay quite convenient. They also appreciated the fact that there is a small pool on site as well as nearby parking.

Several guests pointed out that the free breakfast includes all the typical offerings like eggs, waffles, cereal and fruit and sometimes features options like biscuits, sausage and gravy. They noted that the staff manning the area was very efficient, making sure that items were quickly replenished and that the dining room was clean at all times.

The hotel is situated along the highway, which allows for easy travel throughout the area, and guests especially liked the fact that they could walk to the many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

As guests pointed out, the rooms are old and need new doors, flooring, wallpaper, sinks, tubs and outlets, and the plumbing should undergo maintenance as well to fix the low water pressure that several guests reported.

According to several guests, housekeeping services seem to be rather superficial, as some of the rooms had not been cleaned prior to check-in. They also found previous guests' hair in the beds, and the bathrooms and floors were dirty.

Guests reported that some of the front-desk staff wasn't too friendly and seemed a bit standoffish at times even.
