Staff at the Staycity Aparthotels were friendly and helpful and made their guests very welcomed. Guests have stated how fantastically equipped the apartments are, feeling feel relaxed and at home.

Guests enjoyed being located in the heart of what seemed like a village environment, being only a moments’ walk away from supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, bars and cafes. Guests also expressed how convenient public transport is to the centre of London and how close they were to local attractions.

Some guests have commented on how much they have saved feeding themselves. In comparison to another budget hotels, staying at Staycity Aparthotels maybe a little pricier but is much better value for money.

The apartments are located next to a public gym, and the noise from the exercise machines and clanging weights is a big issue for some guests. Therefore it is advisable to request a room furthest away from the gym. Guests have expressed that the rooms located at the front of the building could make an unrestful night due to the heavy traffic noise from the high street.

A handful of guests were very annoyed that they were charged separately for basic housekeeping of the apartments, remarking that the service should be complimentary with the room. Some have also stated that towels could be changed more frequently.

The rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures displayed online, according to some guests, and the cost of staying at the Staycity Aparthotels was expensive, making it not so great value for money.
