The central location of the hotel was found to be perfect by the guests. It is close to the railway station making it easier for guests to reach the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants close by. The Wetherspoons pub is a must-try according to many guests. Even though it is close to all the places, the hotel is quite peaceful.
Guests loved the executive rooms that are spacious, clean and quiet. The king- sized beds are very comfortable to sleep on. It has all the amenities required for a good stay. The towels and sheets are clean. Small touches in the room like bottled water, milk and cold drinks were much appreciated by the guests.
All the staff members are very courteous and eager to lend a helping hand to the guests. They were very accommodating and thorough professionals who knew their job. Most of the guests felt that overall, it was a good deal and worth the money that was paid.
Getting the car into the parking through a narrow entrance was quite a hassle for many guests. There was always a possibility of getting the car scratched due to the inconvenient parking space.
Some of the guests who had a lot of luggage or health issues found it very difficult to climb to the top floors in the absence of an elevator.
The Wi-Fi connection is very slow and almost non-existent in the rooms, which could get quite troublesome for guests who wanted to stay online.
