Solo Experience Hotel (Florence, Italy)

A great number of guests have praised the service in this property, with some even stating that it was the best! Staff members were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and were always around when you need them.

The hotel is located at the heart of Florence, which is primarily the reason why guests picked choose to stay. Moreover, it is also close to Duomo and just a stones' throw to major tourist spots, such as the San Lorenzo markets, and a variety of dining options.

Foods served during breakfast were basic but were top-quality! The homemade jams were very tasty, while the juice and the coffee were rich and perfectly done. Guests can also request for extra cheese and butter as much as they want.

There were many times when the elevator wasn't working, and when it did, it was slow and quite uncomfortable to ride at according to guests. It was also small and can only accommodate a limited number of people. Because of these issues, some guests had chosen to take the stairs instead.

Many guests experienced staying at the property while it's under renovation. They were immensely disappointed because the construction noise can get too loud and it bothered them while they're in their rooms.

A lot of guests expressed that had a hard time to reach the hotel. They reported that it was difficult to reach by car because they had to pass a maze of one-way streets and closed off streets. Many of them had to rely on their GPS for directions.
