Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center is beautiful, clean and well-maintained outside and in the lobby area. Guests also reported that the facilities are top-notch with swimming pools that are large and heated with lifeguards who provide professional service, the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use and the fitness center features modern equipment that is in working order.

The rooms at this hotel are very spacious and feature inviting decor and modern furnishings. Guests also reported that the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to many attractions, restaurants, shops and, most importantly, the city center of Boston which is only twenty-five minutes away.

Guests reported that very little effort goes into meal-preparation at Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center. Most items are frozen or pre-made and simply reheated and served and the service is slow and unfriendly.

Guests reported that a lot of noise, including street traffic, loud appliances, conversations and footsteps in other rooms and doors slamming, can be heard clearly in the rooms due to poor soundproofing.

Guests reported that many of the facilities are not available when they are supposed to be and some services simply don't work. The Wi-Fi is slow at best but most times doesn't work, the shuttle service is not available even though it's advertised on their website and the pool hours are sporadic and inconvenient.
