The location of this motel just off the intersection of Interstate 90 and Massachusetts State Route 9 in the Greater Boston town of Framingham appealed to guests. Many said it was a convenient out-of-town alternative to pricier accommodation nearer the heart of downtown Boston, which was a short drive away. Drivers also welcomed the free parking and said it was easy to reach New England beauty spots, airports, regional attractions, universities, sports venues and shopping malls. Furthermore, there were bus stops and places to eat nearby.

Travelers had good things to say about the brightly remodeled rooms with hard floors and flat-screen cable TVs. Many were pleasantly surprised to find that their rooms were fairly spacious and more than adequately comfortable for a short stay. Guests often said their rooms were well-cleaned and offered decent value for money as rates were normally competitive.

There was plenty of praise for the friendly, efficient and welcoming members of staff on the 24-hour reception. Animal owners appreciated the way pets were allowed in selected rooms.

Light sleepers sometimes claimed several rooms were exposed to traffic noise from the nearby freeway. Elsewhere, musty odors, lingering smoke or pet smells bothered visitors staying in some of the rooms.

The lack of free Wi-Fi was a setback for reviewers. Even though the charge for access was small, many guests disliked having to pay in principle. There were also reports of sluggish speeds on the network at times.

Critics noted drawbacks in several rooms such as rough towels or small bathrooms. There were also occasional claims of inconsistent housekeeping standards or bathrooms that could have been better cleaned.
