Leave the Car

Visitors found the location of the hotel very handy to the local restaurants and bars along the Mooloolaba Beach strip, with guests happy to leave the car at the hotel and walk to the beach and other local attractions.

Lovely Staff

Guests were made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel who were according to reviews, very friendly, polite and courteous in dealing with their guests. It seems no request was too much trouble to accommodate for the well trained staff.

The apartments and rooms have large balconies with the majority facing the Pacific Ocean and for those who stayed in these rooms a common feature of their positive reviews was the relaxing water views that they enjoyed during their stay.

Needs Some Work

Seasoned travellers who stay at many hotels during their travels were not overly impressed by the state of the building with guests adding that some areas of the hotel could use an upgrade and renovation.

A number of guests made specific comments in their reviews about the lack of sleep they endured during their stay because of the hard and very uncomfortable beds that are standard at the hotel. Some guests were further distrubed by excess traffic noise on the lower floors.
