Guests were disappointed by the very basic conditions of the rooms, with no central heating. They were also disturbed by the very loose electrical fittings hanging off the walls and the transparent shower in the corner of the room, which at best dribbled out water.
The very basic conditions were not the only issue that worried guests. The rooms were in extremely grubby condition with quite a fair amount of mildew on shower heads - and as for the toilets, it has been better days, according to guests.
