Rochester Hotel Classic (Buenos Aires City, Argentina)

The breakfast was found to be delicious and varied by guests. The on-site chef cooked a delicious variety of items including omelets and guests were happy to enjoy their morning meal. It was worth the extra price paid.

Guests felt the rooms to be charming in décor and for the furnishings to be comfortable. The rooms were found to be clean and tidy as well, and it was a good space to stay in.

The hotel is in the middle of the city and walking distance from various attractions. Guests were happy to be able to walk to the metro, to the train station and to the various eateries and bars that were close by.

Guests felt the hotel was in need of maintenance because it was showing its age. The bathrooms plumbing was not draining and slow, the mini bar was not cool enough and the elevators were slow. The hotel needs a bit of attention to bring it up to standards.

Guests felt that the customer service of the hotel to be too indifferent to them. They felt that their requests were not met or even given attention to. They would have liked to have a more personable person at reception.

There was no free Wi-Fi as is advertised by the hotel. Guests had to pay for daily Wi-Fi and per device which was a bad impression on guests. They would have preferred to have free Wi-Fi available because it is the norm nowadays.
