Alex Beach Top Tourist Park is only 200 meters' walk from the beach at Alexandra Headland, or for those who just want to use the facilities, simply lie back and relax by the heated swimming pool. There is accommodation to suit everyone: our two bedroom Villas and Holiday Homes have Foxtel HD, all 74 of our Villas/Cabins have kitchens, television, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The property has 8 en-suite and 34 powered caravan sites all with concrete slabs. The 'horizontal hotel' accommodation aims to suit any budget, all have adjacent car parking and access to free WiFi in our 2.5 hectare Top Tourist Park. 
The park is centrally located midway between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore just 1.2kms South of Maroochydore and 2.2km North to Mooloolaba. The added attractions of Nelsons Park with beautiful Lake, skate park and close proximity to nature, shops, surf club, fast food, restaurants and bars all serve to provide a truly relaxing time on the Sunshine Coast. 
Alex Surf Club with its free shuttle bus, 'Lookout Bistro' and the largest gaming facility on the Sunshine Coast is only 400 meters away, only 1.2km away is the Sunshine Plaza with over 400 speciality shops and cinema.
