Within a few minutes' walk you can reach Washington Square Park and Independence Mall which includes the Liberty Bell, the National Constitution Center, Independence Hall and Franklin Court. A choice of restaurants, bars and shops are also within short walking distance. Several bus lines and two subway stations are within five-minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel as well as the rooms are beautifully furnished and presented. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds and include the added comforts of bathrobes and complimentary tea and coffee. Some rooms overlook the city while others offer views of Independence National Historical Park. .

The staff have been described as friendly, professional, attentive and kind. Guests were made to feel welcome and attention to detail was paid. Families in particular commented on the consideration given to children, which were provided with backpacks filled with activities as well as complimentary milk and cookies.
