The staff at this London hotel are polite, friendly, and helpful. They have a special way of making you feel at home and at ease. A warm smile is there to greet you when you arrive, as well as see you off when you depart.

This hotel is almost in the middle of London, great for discovering the famous city and all that it has to offer, including Hyde Park and Kensington Park. The Underground is just minutes away, and you can enjoy a lovely walk into Westminster.

Guests say the Wi-Fi at this hotel is hit and miss, with it being more on the miss side. Coverage is not great in rooms either.

Rooms are very small. The bathroom and shower are quite cramped with no room to put your toiletries. Storage for your luggage is almost nonexistent. The overall feel of the rooms is tired and outdated.
