Visitors rave about the interiors of the hotel saying they look great and add an unique ambiance to the place. The rooms in particular are nicely decorated and have several amenities like a mini-fridge and a microwave to keep you happy.

Stockman's Coffee Shop is the property’s on-site eatery and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests state that the food served here is quite tasty and the value provided at the restaurant happens to be good as well.

Travelers point out that the performance of the staff is superb and add that they really work hard to ensure you have a positive experience. Not only are they thorough in their efforts, but the employees are very kind as well.

While the rooms are smoke free, the casino on the ground floor does allow smoking and travelers report that this smell can make its way into the hallways and rooms of the hotel. The odor isn’t overpowering but is noticeable at times.

Despite recent renovations, the mattresses at the hotel don’t feel all that new according to visitors who add that it can be difficult to get comfortable at night. It was noted that the pillows have some issues as well.

Each room at the hotel is equipped with an air conditioning unit but that doesn’t mean accommodations will be cool. Several guests say the AC doesn’t always work and can leave accommodations feeling a little toasty, especially during the summertime when temperatures in Elko are known to heat up.
