Guests were delighted how pleasant the staff was, since everyone was always willing to provide superior customer service. The front-desk staff received particular praise as guests felt very welcome and were quickly checked in without feeling rushed.

The rooms are fairly spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities that make your stay comfortable. Guests enjoyed the fact that there were refrigerators, microwaves, flat-screen TVS and internet access, and that the front desk provided extras such as soaps, towels or blankets immediately upon request.

The property is right off the highway and next to the Elko Regional Airport, and there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops within a 5-mile radius.

Some guests noted that the carpets were wet, stained or had an odor in their rooms, which they thought could have been caused by the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Management made it easy to change rooms, however, when guests reported these issues.

While it is nice to have a casino on the premises, guests found it to be rather small and some even suggested skipping it altogether and going elsewhere instead, since there are several others right by the hotel.

If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, this hotel might not be the best choice for you. Granted, you can request a non-smoking room, but guests reported that you will be exposed to smoke right from check-in to dining at the restaurant and just making your way through the property.
