The staff members are very supportive, friendly and always seem to have a smiling faces. They take pride in their duties and are always prepared to offer a helping hand where needed and speedily assist guests with their requests.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and modern. Plenty of natural light gets into the room creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The kitchenettes are very clean and well stocked with the basic items you need to cook for yourself if you wish to do so.

At the end of their stay, majority of the guests felt that they had received good worth for the money. The services are well priced and the members of staff are extremely well trained. The buffet breakfast provided was also a plus to many guests. The hotel is especially suitable for families with children and travellers.

A good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support. As such, a few guests woke up with complications like back aches and stiff necks.

The Wi-Fi signal appears to be rather weak and isn't available throughout the hotel. Guests had to go to the lobby in order to use the hotel's Wi-Fi. The speeds are also very slow and only suitable for very light web browsing.

Some of the guests who used the gym were dissatisfied with the limited equipment and the state of disrepair that some of it was in. Most guests were of the opinion that more equipment like treadmills should be increased.
