A number of previous guests to the hotel made special mention of the amazing staff. It seems that staff at this hotel go above and beyond their duties to ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay.

A number of guest reviewers were pleasantly surprised at the size of their rooms on check-in, commenting that they did not expect them to be so big and roomy. Some guests also mentioned the lovely view of the fountains in the square from their rooms. Be sure to reserve a fountain view room.

Many guest reviewers commented that the hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars and many reviewers mentioned that there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity.

Some guests snapped pictures to prove the unacceptable state of the outdoor furniture on patios. The furniture has seen better days and some guests were disappointed that they could not sit out on their balconies and enjoy a drink because of the dysfunctional furniture.

A number of guests were somewhat disappointed that there was not free Wi-Fi at the hotel and they felt frustrated that a Hilton would still charge for this essential service. Other guests expressed their frustration that upon arrival they found that parking was additional cost.

Some guests were not happy about the apparent lack of towels at the hotel, with some guests reporting that even though they requested a change of towel by housekeeping, fresh towels were not provided. Extra towels for the swimming pool were also hard to come by.
