Those who stayed at Pinnacle Hotel Whistler said the service was fantastic, with the staff proving to be attentive and friendly, while the restaurant food was also thought very nice.

The hotel is said to be located in a quiet spot of Whistler's alpine village, a short walk from the busier parts but still close to shopping, a supermarket, restaurants, and of course, a wide range of outdoor pursuits like skiing and tramping.

Guests loved relaxing in the large in-room Jacuzzis, while the full kitchens and gas fireplaces were also appreciated. Some rooms reportedly have great mountain views, and although a few guests said the hotel was an older building, the decor was thought to be lovely.

The only thing Pinnacle Hotel Whistler guests found to complain about was the underground parking charges, especially since they had to park their vehicles themselves.
