Since there isn't a front desk staff at this property, guests have to check themselves in. Guests are emailed codes for the doors prior to arrival and are free to check themselves into their rooms. Guests found this to be very easy and convenient when arriving.

Numerous guests have enjoyed the building that this bed and breakfast is hosted in. The building is quite old and has its quirks, but guests liked being able to experience something that is quite different from a chain hotel and loved the old-style decor.

Past guests have complained about the breakfast, as rather than being served breakfast in the dining room, they had a fridge in their rooms with food in it. This breakfast is made up of basic items like cereal and bread, but guests expected a little bit more from a bed and breakfast style property.
