Though the hotel is near the nightlife area most rooms are calm and there is no noise disturbance. You can enjoy the relaxing outside facilities during the day in peace.

The food is overall good
Most guests liked the breakfast buffet and food that was served by the restaurants and room service. The hotel also provides free water which is important when you are in a hot climate like Thailand.

No free Wi-Fi in the rooms
Many guest are unhappy that free internet access is not available in the rooms. There is however free Wi-Fi available in the lobby and other central areas of the building.

Rooms could do with some updates
Some guests felt that the interior of the rooms needed some renovations and was slightly dingy. If the guests had real issues in the rooms they usually were moved to another room.

Staff is not always up to par
Some guests had problems with the staff not being well versed in English and not being too friendly. In general issues were addressed but the customer service might not always be as good as people are used to it in the US.
