Hotel Phi Phi The Beach Resort (Koh Phi Phi, Thailand)

The hotel provides guests with a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Though pricey, the food is well prepared and there is a wide selection to choose from.

Majority of guests found the members of staff to be extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel’s employees treat you with care and endeavour to make sure that they satisfy your needs to the best of their ability. The reception staff are very pleasant and inviting thus ensuring your stay at the hotel starts off on a high note.

The hotel is perfectly located where one can glimpse the magnificent views of the sea. There are quite a number of high quality restaurants and bars in the area. Those interested taking a relaxing getaway will find the surrounding open landscape to be very peaceful.

A few guests were very disappointed by the high noise levels experienced during their stay at the hotel. Those most affected had rooms near the construction sites that were ongoing everyday. Some felt the renovations were too disturbing to their sleep and woke them up much earlier than they had anticipated.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi but the speed is too slow especially if you want to do some heavy browsing or stream videos. Some guests did not get any Wi-Fi signal at all in their rooms during their stay here.

Some guests felt that they did not receive good value for money spent. They were of the opinion that they were being overcharged for services that did not meet their standards.
