Paskins Brighton has a lovely art deco feel to it. The décor is interesting and unique, while the guestrooms are furnished prettily and well maintained.

Ageing problems.

While being pretty to look at, Paskins Brighton has its issues. Because of its age, the floorboards are rather creaky, which might become quite annoying if the people in the room above you are moving around a lot. Also, the stairs are very steep, which may cause problems if you aren't very mobile.

The Wi-Fi here is patchy at best. It can be difficult to log on and the connectivity doesn't seem to be especially reliable, meaning trying to use the internet can be a frustrating experience.
